I don't have all the answers to all of the questions but I do know a few things. Please check out the FAQ section below which covers most inquiries. If you have a question that is not listed here, please feel free to send me a note.
How are your products made?
Every piece of handlettering starts out as a sketch that is modified and reworked by hand. It's then scanned it into my computer and translated into vector art. At this point it is adjusted and reworked some more and sometimes even abandoned. Once this is complete, I decide what it might get printed on. I have partnered with Printify, a print on demand drop shipping service, for my products. Once an order is placed on my site, Printify handles the printing and delivery of the products to you. I have ordered every one of the products before listing them on my site to ensure they meet my quality standards. Have a question about a product? Contact me.
What’s your return policy?
Because I use a print on demand service, if you do find your delivered products are damaged or printed incorrectly, please contact me and send me photographs of the damaged product right away. I will work with Printify to resolve any issues and have them send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
When Will My Order Ship? Can I track my order?
Initial fulfilment time usually takes approximately 2-3 business days. Delivery after this can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days. Most of the providers are located in the United States so sometimes a package will reach you as quickly as 5 business days. Delivery times to Canada and other countries vary depending on customs (which we have no control over). All US print providers offer tracking details and once your order is fulfilled, you are sent an automated email with tracking information. If you need an item for a specific date, I strongly suggest you order 3 to 4 weeks in advance to make absolutely sure you get it in time.
Who pays for international customs?
With regard to import duties, taxes, or potential government charges: this is the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately I have no way to determine what these charges might be or if you will be charged. If you have any questions, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.
Can you do custom work?
Unfortunately with my very busy schedule I have to be very selective about what I choose to do and what projects I dedicate myself to. At this time, I cannot do custom work. Sorry!
